Thomas and Angie Hesser

Thomas and Angie Hesser, Elite V and Lexus Car Earner

Parents of 4 daughters who range in age from 15 to 23. Thomas is a Vice President for a national medical billing and consulting company, while I’ve enjoyed a successful 18 year career in direct sales (which has allowed me to truly consider myself a stay at home mom).

I was very busy building a great business with another direct sales company that I had been with for 17 years – and loving it! We were not looking for anything else when this new opportunity came into our lives, but knew that we couldn’t let it pass us by. We recognized the rare opportunity to be one of the first in our state in a young company that had a unique product with worldwide name recognition, an amazing compensation plan, all while creating a unique footprint in the direct sales industry. We also saw this as a way to help soften the financial crunch of having 2 kids in college….and knowing that we were going to have 3 in college together the following fall. What started out as a way to supplement my 17 year career in a party plan based business, soon surpassed it….all without having to be away from my family doing parties in the evenings or on weekends.

Our family is our why. College and cars for our daughters are the “now” why – but we also know that being Independent Consultants will be the vehicle to give them all their dream weddings when the time comes. Beyond the financial freedom, though, is the time freedom that has already come for me, and is coming soon for Thomas since he will be able to retire from his job much sooner than we could have ever dreamed! We love that we are building a legacy not only for our children, but for our grandchildren.

The secret to our success has been that we remain coachable so that we are able to coach and train our team. We love working with our entire organization and helping them develop into strong leaders with thriving businesses of their own.

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11
